1. How do I get started?
• Step 1: Sign Up on donnadicapri-px.rtrk.com/Shop
• Step2: Choose the type of account you are registering for under “Memberships”
• Step3: Fax us your Business License or Tax ID forms to (213) 747-0677 or email to: Sales@DonnaDiCapri.com
• Upon receipt of your information, you will receive a confirmation of your log in/password Activation
• Step 4: You will then be able to start placing the drop ship orders. Orders can be placed at the web-site donnadicapri-px.rtrk.com
2. What are the fees involved?
• Administrative & handling charges: $5.00 per order
• Shipping charges:
1. USPS
a. First Class: $4.95 first item / $0.95 each additional on same order
b. Priority: add to the first class charges $5.85
c. Express: add to the first class charges $18.00
2. UPS: Charges based on Realtime calculations on the ecommerce. Prices may vary.
• Insurance (mandatory); $1.35 per order.
3. Do you ship international? What shipping method is used?
• We do not ship internationally.
• All orders are shipped via First Class unless requested otherwise.
4. How do I place an order?

5. Do I receive a tracking number?
• You will receive an invoice with the final tracking number to the email address provided
• IF you place your drop ship order online - You can check the status of your order online at donnadicapri-px.rtrk.com/Shop
6. How quick are orders shipped?
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48hrs
7. Where can I download images, excel description, price list, and list of products discontinued.
• Upon receipt of all the required documents, we will send you an email with the information on how to download all the images, excel descriptions, price lists, etc.
